Course Title: Falls Awareness
Course length – 3 hours

This course is aimed at all staff in health and social care.
At the end of the training session, there is a short written assessment to evidence the learning of the attendees.

Falls Prevention
| · Understand NICE Guidelines · Discuss: o Risk identification o Risk Assessment o Environmental Risk Assessment o Understand person centred care o Interventions after a fall · Documentation including: o Accident Book o RIDDOR o Care planning o Falls Risk Scores |
