Description of your speaker session: CareTrade’s flagship programme, The Autism Project, is an employability programme for learners with an EHCP. Our aim is to make the journey towards and into employment more seamless and flexible, to meet the individual needs of those we support. Learners have the opportunity to carry out their work placements in one of our host partners including hotels, cafes and various sites around London.
