Audley Care

I am a strategic business leader with over 20 years of experience in the Health & Social Care sector, specialising in Dementia care. I completed my MSc in Dementia Studies in 2024, and I am deeply committed to improving the quality of life for individuals with Dementia while promoting inclusive environments for all, regardless of their health status.

I currently oversee the management of an Integrated Retirement Community (IRC), where I help individuals with downsizing and support them in living well for longer. This involves providing tailored solutions for both those with Dementia and those without, ensuring that all residents experience a high standard of care, independence, and inclusivity. My leadership focuses on a holistic approach, prioritising health, wellbeing, and creating a supportive community environment.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led organisations in residential, domiciliary, and supported living care settings, consistently exceeding financial and care delivery targets. My commitment to person-centred care has been key in creating dementia-friendly communities that emphasize dignity, choice, and long-term wellbeing.
